Adult Wellness Circle Program Workbook
The Adult Wellness Circle Program Workbook is a 38-page workbook that contains the adult self-assessment tool, lessons for each of the six sessions, and space for reflection, allowing you to create an Action step each week. This booklet is designed to help the participant continue to grow during change and can also serve as a reference after the six weeks are over.
For Wellness Circles, all participants will need their own Adult Wellness Circle Program Workbook.
