Wellness Circle for providers

You Hold Space for Others. We Hold Space for You.

Join 8–10 other care providers for six weekly sessions of shared reflection, peer support, and personal wellness goal-setting to enhance compassion resilience.

A Wellness Circle can be made up of participants from the same organization or from different organizations depending on need and preference.

All Wellness Compass offerings are available virtually, allowing leaders and providers to participate from wherever they live and work.

What Is a Wellness CIRCLE?

The Wellness Circle is a core offering of the nonprofit Wellness Compass Initiative that has been offered to thousands of participants since 2009.

Through guided discussion, wellness goal-setting grounded in motivational interviewing, and exploration of the Wellness Compass Model of Well-Being, participants are encouraged to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with the practices that sustain them.

Wellness Circles create space for meaningful conversation and authentic connection with others who understand the challenges of caring for others.

Because Those Who Support Others Need Support Too

Connection is one of the most powerful tools for resilience.

When leaders and providers have opportunities to share experiences, reflect on challenges, and learn alongside peers, they often discover renewed energy, greater self-awareness, and a stronger sense of support.

Participants frequently leave Wellness Circles feeling encouraged, refreshed, and reminded that they do not have to carry the weight of their work alone.
